Just tried this new extension, I think the title is self-explanatory .
I made a few attempts and they were most of the time correct though you have to talk continuously and fast. If not you're message will be sent right away to Twitter. There is no signing up or OAuth so you have to be already logged in Twitter.com for it to work.
A right step in the right direction !
Download and install MicMicMic Twitter .
